Maximizing the Disability Inclusion Advantage
On Wednesday October 2nd, Northern Trust in partnership with Disability:IN Chicagoland, hosted 90 members of the Chicago business community for a discussion on Maximizing the Disability Inclusion Advantage. The session included a conversation about how companies across the country are realizing a competitive advantage from disability inclusion, including a conversation about recent data that established a positive correlation between a company’s disability inclusion efforts and it’s financial performance. Business leaders shared their own disability inclusion origin stories and some of the tangible benefits they’ve seen from inclusion efforts within their organizations. Following the panel discussion, attendees enjoyed breakfast and an opportunity to network with their peers from other organizations prioritizing inclusion within Chicago. See event photos online here.
